NxCloud is for business users. Do they want to provide their service for free? There should be some licensing for these business users. Maybe you want to provide it for free to your customers or without limit but it's not for the others. You can set Max User for an operator to 100000 if you want to. That will make it almost unlimited. And if you don't want to do it one by one, you can set the default numbers on 'Operator > LIcense Policy;.

Operator is the account for your customer and users are to be created by your operators or the end users in the networks operated by your customers.

We don't do open source. It's a freeware. They are different from each other. Though, these days people don't think about the difference.

Sorry I mean freeware not open source.

I am not using NxCloud, I am using NXFilter with multiple users/groups... does this change things?

OK. I thought you were using NxCloud as you asked about it. If it's NxFilter, there's no Operator in the first place. So, if it's unlimited, there's no limit.

Yeah, we won't offer our customers the ability to login / use the UI so there is no point in NXCloud I feel. It will be multiple customers but we manage everything, no customer access.
