NXFilter Alerts

Good morning Team, I am new using NxFilter, I was able to install it using the docker-image, and now I am trying to setup the configuration for the Alerts but I am getting an error.

I am using a Microsoft 365 E-mail account for this; I have used the account for other applications, and I am able to send alerts E-mail with this account, so the problem is not the account.

When I fill out the form

• Admin Email : myaccount@mydomain.com
• SMTP Host : smtp.office365.com
• SMTP Host : 587
• SSL/TLS : SSL
• SMTP User : myaccount@mydomain.com
• SMTP Password : ********
• Alert Period : Every 15 minutes

and click on Test I receive this error. Can someone provide me guidance on this matter. By the way I updated the docker image to the lates version because I thought maybe that could be the problem, but the issue persisted. Thank you in advance.

Did you save it? You need to submit and save it first.

In old days, you could test it without saving it first. But we had some troubles with the library we were using in those days. After we changed the email library to a new one, we have to initialize it again after we change some params for the library. Means that you have to restart it before you test.

Try to save it before you test.
