In my NXFilter Dashboard, I I start getting an error message of "Too many users for license" next to filtered events.

When this begins happening, I reboot the NXfilter server, and the problem seems to clear.
If I check the report on Usage, I have the following:

I use NXFilter at home, and have two networks. One is for the regular users on 192.168.1.0/25 and the other for IoT devices on 192.168.1.128/25. I have an NXfilter master server running in the first users network, and a slave running from the IoT network. The two are in sync, and running. When I get the "too many users" error, both show in their logs the message. Rebooting the master clears the problem.
I didn't think I have too many users to exceed the license I have given the above.
