I work for a library system that has some 50 libraries. I had setup NXFilter in AWS a few months back and everything was working great. Then all of the sudden it just stopped filtering. All the individual patron computers and domain controllers can reach the server. When looking at the usage chart it shows only 3 client IPs, and 1 user. However, when looking at the logs it says that there are too many users for my license. I have purchased a 50 user license just for testing. Do I need count each computer as a user within that license? Any help is appreciated.

That's because we also count request number. https://nxfilter.org/tutorial/i-faq....-many-requests
If you have 50 libraries, I guess using NxCloud + NxRelay would be a better approach if you don't mind managing 50+ NxRelay servers in each site. In that way, it's scalability will be very big. But that's your call.
I don't know how many users behind all the routers but our unlimited license option is still cheap enough and we give enough discount if it's for a non-profit organization.
