    Hi,

What would the "Too many users for operator" message be, after presenting this message it seems that nothing else is blocked.

    Read this first, https://nxfilter.org/tutorial/f-busi...e-accounts.php

You can adjust Max User for an operator in operator edit page.

Maybe you are using NxRelay. You can check their user number or local IP count on Report > Operator Stats.

I was looking and it wasn't clear, I'll send two images of how it's configured for analysis, considering I'm using nxrelay. In image 2 in the Max User field I can't change it, when I enter 40 it goes back to 30.

Hi, I need help to see where I'm going wrong, because I continue with the message "too many users for operator" in the previous message, the prints of our settings.

Sorry, I didn't see your previous post. Look into your operator list page. On the top of the list, there will be numbers about you already created and you can create. Your total allocated user number might be bigger than your licensed user number.

If the total number of allocated user is the problem, you can adjust Max User for other operators. Or if you have an operator account expired, you can delete it.

I think I understand the process, I'll change it and do the tests, thanks!
