I see that. Then we need to find out who initiated "INFO [03-16 14:01:34] - LocalTalkie.notifyUpdate, Table name = policy".

It only runs after some change made through GUI. And there's nobody made any change on 14:01. Right?

I will get you a modified nxd.jar which will make some log about the updates through GUI.

I attached a modified nxd.jar. Overwrite yous in /nxfilter directory. When someone? deletes a policy, it will make this kind of log,
