Hi!

I'm using Nxfilter to filter remote computers.

The blocking rules I defined work perfectly by the predefined schedule.

However, after the time comes to allow users to access the free sites, they normally access without restrictions. But the rules I set for the timeout to re-block again doesn't work!. Users continue to access freely, I need to ask to restart the computers to get back to lock.


Attached are user captures, policies, successful remote computers login, and configuration.

I wait for an answer!

You mean that you set work-time and free-time policies for your users and they get blocked in work-time and they can use those blocked sites in free-time but when their free-time finished they still can use the blocked sites?

If this is the case, it's from DNS cache. Read this,

However, it depends on TTL of DNS responses. Most sites will be blocked after some time. Are you sure that they can use it freely continuously?
