cluster setup issue v4.5.4.5

hi , I am unable to up slave host. Its says "h[148417]: INFO [03-01 00:07:02] - MM, MasterCheck started." but noting happen after that. Master shows established connection -

That happens when you don't have hostname in /etc/hosts file.
