It's posible that operator can create custom categories?

My operator needs to create categories, because they need to block for example websites of competitions or group domains for rename categories for example do:

Category: Facebook domains
Domains: fbcdn.net, facebook.com

I guess this is for NxCloud. The answer is that it's not possible. If it's possible, you may end up with 1000 categories. Only admin can create it. However, it's a shared service not for dedicated one. If he has a big network, you may need to install NxFilter in their site.
