DNS4EU - Domain fail in test

I have a hard time to get the DNS Setup for "DNS OVER HTTPS (UPSTREAM) to work. I know this has worked before, In the current version 4.7.5.6 This do not work anymore.
On DNS4EU web-site they specify the domain (URL) you have to use (https://noads[.]joindns4[.]eu/dns-query This have worked before, so when testing this now i just get a Error! Test failed.

This can be a fail on DNS4EU i am not 100% sure.

Have anyone see this as well ?

We tested it on our linux server in US and then in Korea. But it doesn't seem to be working. The test command was this:

curl -H 'Accept: application/dns-json' 'https://noads.joindns4.eu/dns-query?name=example.com'

They might block our IPs as it's for EU countries.
