Too many users for license

Hi All,

I was wondering if someone could help me with an issue I am experiencing in NXFilter version 4.7.5.2.

I am getting an error which says “Too many users for license”. Subsequently, the filtering is not working.

I am using a free license with 30 users as the maximum, and at the moment I only have 3 users, and the end date is listed in the GUI as ending on 2036.

I have checked that the date and time is correct on the server and done a reboot.

The NXFilter is still passing traffic.

Any ideas? Maybe a corrupt license file?
