Master node Issues - NXCLOUD

Hi team,

We are experiencing an issue with the Master Node. Over the past month, the NXcloud service has failed twice; on those occasions, restarting the service resolved the issue.

However, today we restarted the service, the server, and the instance, and the issue persists.

Please find attached the logs shown in the service status.

It can't connect the traffic DB when it starts. If you see any trace file in /nxcloud/db send me all of them at support@nxfilter.org.

If you want to try a quick solution, start it on CMD with the root account:

cd /nxcloud/bin/
./startup.sh

If you see the same message. You can try to rebuild the traffic DB.

cd /nxcloud/bin/
./shutdown.sh
cd /nxcluod/db
rm traffic*
cd /nxcloud/bin/
./startup.sh
