problem with domain

Hi,i've a problem with one site,i added the site on whitelist *.prefettura.it,it's working for prefettura.it homepage but if i select one city (for example COMO) the page is blocked as adware/spyware.
i tried to add *.prefettura.it/como into whitelist but it doesn't work (i think for / character)
how can i resolve?

That's not a domain. I visited the website and I didn't get the domain with '/'. Where did you click to get that domain?

i search "prefettura como" on google,i tried with chrome and firefox and is the same

I tried that but I don't see any '/' in the domain. To bypass it, try 'Whitelist > Keyword'.
