Hi,

So I have a main DC and then another with NxFilter running and the filter itself works fine however due to NxProxy setting the DNS of the client machine to 127.0.0.1, it is not communicating with active directory and shows no network

Is there a solution for this?

Try Local Domain and Local DNS in Policy > NxProxy.

However, why do you need to use NxProxy in your local network?
