Block icloud private relay

As the subject says, is there a way to block icloud private relay? Some filtering solutions handle it better than others but curious as to how its done with nxfilter.

I found a list of domains to block related to ICloud PR but that seems to have a negative impact on the apple devices in that all web activity no longer works.

Whatever it is, we only can block it on DNS level. If it's going through a private connection like VPN then you'd need to use a firewall.
