That about restrictions 20 users/clients.
(Internet access policies are applied for only 20 users/clients. All other users/clients (> 20) have unlimited internet access).

We don't block internet access. License is about Domain Categorization. If there're unlicensed users, it will bypass domain categorization lookup for these users. So, 'Block by Category' will not work for these users.

And it's not 20. It's 30 as we ship 30 user free license for Jahaslist in the package. If you have more than 30 users, you can use Globlist for 1000 users.

Even if there's a license violation, DNS lookup still works.
