nxcloud in looping and dont start

    nxcloud in looping and dont start

    NxCloud has stopped communicating with NxRelay and is not applying policy changes.

    after restarting, nxcloud stays in a loop.

    I made a backup of the folder and did the update, but the same problem remains.

    What kind of problem is this?

    Do you have any auto restart script?

    Try to run it on foreground.
    Code:
    cd /nxcloud/bin
./shutdown.sh

    And see if there's any Java process running.
    Code:
    ps auxw | grep java

    If there's none, try to start it.
    Code:
    sudo ./startup.sh

    See if you have the same problem or any more message about the problem.

      I don't have an automatic restart script.

      same problem after stop and start. If necessary i can send the config file
