NXfilter no dns resolution OPNSense

Hi,

I installed NXFilter on OPNSense following the below
GitHub - DeepWoods/nxfilter-pfsense: NxFilter install on pfSense

I got the admin page, was very happy to have reached that far.

Did my configurations, unfortunately it doesn't resolve any query.

And there are no log folder under the installation folder, and so is nxfilter.log


From packet capture I can see the queries from the client machines reaching to NXFilter. I can see it in the GUI from Logging-> Request


But the clients are always receiving Request Timed out.



Can someone point to what I might be doing wrong?

Check with /usr/local/nxfilter/log/nxfilter.log. But I guess you should have a symlink to '/usr/local/nxfilter/log' in /nxfilter folder at least. Don't know why. I will ask Rob.

About the resolving problem. Could be related to a firewall issue.
