NxFilter with RADIUS giving connected without internet connection

When my users are connecting to NxFilter via RADIUS, suddenly they have no internet connection. Please help

If there's anything from NxFilter, it should be about DNS resolving. So, your users can't resolve any domains through NxFilter? Did you try 'nslookup google.com' test on CMD when it happens?

Did you import all the user accounts for RADIUS users? And you may need to have a default user for associating whole IP range in your network.

In Logging > DNS Request, I can see that the DNS request are being allowed, not blocked. However, I have no internet access.

Then try 'nslookup google.com' or for other domains on CMD of one of your client computers when they have no internet problem. NxFilter can't block the actual internet connection. It's always about DNS.

nslookup should return google ip or NxFilter IP?

If it's google IP then it's allowed. If it's NxFilter IP that is your Block Redirection IP, it's blocked.
