Block Page is not showing up

Good morning Team, I hope you are doing well, I am having an issue with NXfilter and Nxproxy, basically I have an NxFilter server and a remote computer with NxProxy, the thing is that when I go to a website it shows me the block page, but if I go to another site that is also blocked by the policy that I previously create it showsme the message "Your connection isn't private".

In the image below you can see the result when I get into an adult webpage and when I go to instagram.

Can you please give me an idea why is this happening. Thank you beforehand.

Your request playboy.com might have been using HTTP but the second one was on HTTPS I guess.
