NxCloud MSP Solution

Hi all,
First of all, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.

I am still dipping my feet in NxFilter and NxCloud so i'm fairly new to this.
I saw that NxFilter supports the importation of users from AD, but NxCloud doesn't. My question is as an MSP myself, using NxCloud since NxCloud is the multi-tenant solution, let's say I have 10 clients with 100 users each. Am i supposed to create a user for each user under my clients on NxCloud since I can't import the AD as it is with the pre-set groups and users?

It's about AD integration over cloud. What you need to do is to install NxRelay to see AD username on operator logging. In this case, the user account your operator creates on NxCloud Operator GUI would be more like Site ID.

Maybe you need something better as an MSP user. We will consider having something like Policy-User relation setup GUI component for linking multiple AD users to one policy.
