Operator Getting Suspended

Hi,

On my server one of the operator keeps on getting suspended. Where can I get the logs to see why is the operator getting blocked. Perhaps if someone can point me in the right direction.

Look into /nxcloud/log/nxcloud.log file. You can get some info about that.

On GUI, there might be a reason for that. On 'Logging > Request'.

Did you not get any email for that? If you set alert email, you may get an email containing this kind of message,

Operator blocked for too many users! - name = %s, maxUser = %s, ipCnt = %s, unameCnt...

There will be the same message in nxcloud.log file.
