" system-setup 500 error "

Hello, these days I installed NXFILTER v4.7.0.7, I have a problem in the system setup menu it returns “500 error!”.
Following the forum I checked the Time Zone and now it is correctly set to Europe/Rome, the localhost is present 127.0.0.1, I have no Directory to download from.
Without this I cannot configure the rules correctly.
Can anyone help me with any suggestions?

Where and when did you get that 500 error? Did you click something on GUI and you get 500 error?
