would configure nxrelay behind the firewall of the same server. but when nxrelay is running, it has priority.

We don't have it for NxRelay. Why do you need it? If you change it, your users can't use NxRelay as their DNS server.

You can change UDP DNS port of NxFilter. The default value is 53.
