With the latest CxForward v1.0.4 change it is advised to manually change the CxForward Server Connection to the NxFilter Server. However, with having 1,200 computers on our network all needing this change it is impossible to ask everyone to change this manually. Therefore we hope you could make a change that either stores this preference in a file (which can be copied over to all our computers) or via the Registry in a REG_SZ key named adminSettings in this location HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edg e\3rdparty\extensions\ggnnadhcbceinppjbcgikamfgdbe jgjl\policy. Thank you.

We have another Chrome extension which is NxBlock. It has a way of central setup using Chrome's start page. https://nxfilter.org/tutorial/d-cxbl...p?locale=en#ce
We can do the same with v1.0.5. Probably next week.

Guess you already know how to set up a start page for Chrome or Edge. There are some links I found,
https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/187202?hl=en
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ans...-registry.html
Didn't test it but I am sure there are plenty of ways to do that.

Thank you for your response. Even though the start page meta tag is very creative, we don't force a start page on our employees, but we may have to go that route. Currently we have CxForward disabled due to a cache leak or something when the Server IP is not added to CxForward. It somehow doubles up on JavaScript get requests, showing double the data (or a mix of old and new data) on certain websites. When including the IP, it seems to resolve for the most part, but it was still doing something strange. Anyway, that's a whole new subject and I will post it once I have all my findings.
P.S.: I didn't receive an update email, even though I have subscribed to the thread, so I didn't know there was a reply.
