nxmapper issue

Hi. I've been trying to install nxmapper on windows server 2016 but the application won't start and the error bellow is logged in the event viewer.

Framework Version: v4.0.30319

Exception Info: System.DivideByZeroException

Yeah, seems like there's a problem. Will fix it ASAP.

We built a new package. Try the new one. However, there might be a Windows smart screen warning. It's because we recently changed our code sign certificate and it doesn't have enough points to pass the warning yet.

something still isnt right, its running but has this error and users show as as anon

So, it's crashed or still running but printing out something? And where did you get that message?

its running but that message appears when i start the service, in the event viewer on the domain controller where its installed. And I have active directory integration enabled on nxfilter. But still all users logging in show up as anon

This is an old software which was developed in 2019. There might be some changes on Windows 2022. We may need to disable the process for reading event log from Windows server. It's not the main part anyway. We will get you another one tomorrow.

Show me the log files in C:\Program Files (x86)\nxmapper\log directory.

Thanks.. just trying to simply the deployment instead of installing a client on each PC.. i also did try nxlogon but still showing as anon

Users need to do some actions like login/logoff to Active Directory for NxMapper to detect anything.
