translate Client IP to hostname

To provide better context to the Logging > DNS REQUEST report is there a way to translate Client IP to hostname?
Its better to see what machine name is hitting a policy/category then it is to see an IP.

If we want to do that, there should be some kind of map for IP to hostname. In some cases, we may have but mostly not. And if we deal with thousands of machines, it's not that meaningful. It's better to enable User Authentication and associate users to policies.
