Error Email sent Alert in nxcloud

i have issue about config alert email when send email to my smtp mail box
everytime i send have error like PostBox.test, java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Are you sure the port is open? You need to validate your setup first. You can use a mail client like Thunderbird for that.

everytime i telnet port 25 to my mail server pass and click send test email alert i have error "Error! java.lang.NullPointerException" and when i click test email sent success again i cannot telnet port 25 to my server mail anymore

You mean you can telnet to your server's tcp/25 but when you click test button on nxfilter gui you get that error?

Can we test your mail server? Is it on the internet? If so, send us your config backup from system > backup at support@nxfilter.org

Why you can't telnet anymore? Do you think it's related to nxcloud test? But we can't change anything by testing. You may try another smtp server. We sometimes test with zoho mail server. It works well.

Send me your SMTP server info then. I can test it with my NxCloud server. Send it to support@nxfilter.org

Do you have a contact like tele or Skype, because I need you to send me the nxcloud ip server and the mail you configured. from there you can test to my mail server

That's weird. Do we have problems with our NxCloud server and emails settings? I thought it's you requesting tech support from us. All we can say is that we tested NxCloud again with our own emails including Zoho email and it works fine. Talk to us when you are ready to get us some info.
