    I use NxLogon for authentication.

If a computer is logged out can it reach the internet? If not how can I fix it.

As on a Sunday when no one is in office and all PCs are on but logged off, we run updates via a cloud RMM and patch management tool.

    Thanks.

I guess you need to resolve some domains related to the updates while nobody uses their computers. You can have a default user associating whole IP range of your local network and allow the user to use the update sites. If there's no nxlogon running it will login as the default user.

You may need to read this for better understanding, https://tutorial.nxfilter.org/c-auth...precedence.php

Is the issue you're experiencing related to domain resolution for updates, and have you considered associating a default user with the IP range to allow access to update sites when no user is logged in?

Have you explored the provided link for a better understanding of authentication precedence in NxLogon?
