Custom Categories not blocking

Hi,

I run an MSP.
I have a client that uses NxFilter.
They do not have Jahaslist or Cloudlist.
I use Globlist and Custom Categories.
However, the custom categories and Globlist Categories are not blocking.
Can you help?

Did you try nslookup against your NxFilter? Block Porn category and try this:

nslookup porn.com. your-nxfilter-ip
