  • Service expired

    Good morning,

Since we purchased an annual Jahalist license for 300 users, we have been having a problem with one of the "Operator" accounts.

The date is incorrect regardless of the date that is adjusted, or the browser that is used to adjust the date. The server has also been rebooted a few times, without success.

As a result, accesses have the status of "Service expired".

    How to proceed?

What's the date on your server? If it's a Linux system run 'date' command on its console?

It seems to be correct. Then what's the time on 'Logging > Request'? How much different from the system time?

Do you not think it's about timezone setting? https://tutorial.nxfilter.org/i-faq.php#time-zone

That's just for GUI date format. And '31/01/2021' is an example date not actual system date.

For Service Expired, you might need to check with your operator properties. There's Expiration Date for an operator. Check if it's expired.

Even if I manually set the date to count 01 year after purchasing the license, after applying the date and clicking save, it takes a disconfigured date. I have already made this date adjustment using the Firefox, Edge and Chrome browsers.

Send me your config backup. We can test it on our end. Download it from 'System > Backup' and send it to us at support@nxfilter.org.

Seems like there's a bug with the date format processing of the expiration date. Just remove it and wait for the next version. We will release it in several days.

Update it to v4.6.7.8. And then use the config db file fixed. I will send it to you by email. Your admin password has been reset.

The source of your problem was that somehow you have more active users than 300. We fixed it and we made it suspending an operator if there's a license violation. You may need to increase the user number for your license if you have to allocate more users to the operator having the problem.
