Block all domains except for 10 domains

How can I block all domains and allow only 10 domains in my network?

1. Block All on your policy and bypass_filter for the 10 domains by whitelist.

2. Create a custom category and put the 10 domains into it and block other categories on your policy except the custom category.

Thanks. I created a policy for managers to be able to surf the internet without any filter and assigned a user to this policy but the user can not opena any website. Why?

See if he's under the policy first. Click TEST button on user list and see what's the current policy for the user. And then you need to see if he's identified by NxFilter correctly. See if he's username appears on Logging > Request.
