Why I can't view USER list/GROUP list ...etc

Hi everyone

I'm beginner, and sorry my pretty basic english.😓

when I installed NxFilter,

It always loading-circle picture in several function
( e.g. user-menu / user (list-tab),

user-menu / Group (list-tab) ,
WHITELIST-menu / KEYWORD(list-tab),
WHITELIST-menu / DOMAN(list-tab),
LOGGING-menu / DNS REQUEST (list-tab),
LOGGING-menu / AGENT SIGNAL (list-tab),
LOGGING-menu / ADMIN ACTIVITY (list-tab),

)

I've tryed version v4.6.7.4, v4.6.7.2, v4.3.7.2(both the same situation) , v4.2.1(500 error) , v4.3.3.8(500 error)

so, I cant add user/ user-group...etc

What should I do?
somebody can help me?

What's your browser?

When you try our demo site, do you have the same problem or it works well there? https://demo.nxfilter.org/admin

chrome v104, v113..., edge v108 (chromium)
demo site is fine, works very well.

correct:
I can add user, but can't edit user. (I always see loading-circle over 5 minutes, and 5 different pc (win10, win7))

and I found something strange, if I copy demo site's Edit user URL to my browser
like this 127.0.0.1/user,user_edit.jsp?actionFlag=&id=0001&name=
It works! I can edit, but still cant see all user list.

enviroment
win 10 1909/21h2 +JRE 1.8.0.231
win 7 sp1 +JRE 1.7.0.45

If the deo site works well it's not a web script level problem. Try the old GUI then. In /nxfilter/conf/cfg.properties file, comment out a line like below,

#www_dir = guipack/sandwatch

And restart it and see if you have the same problem with the old GUI.
