Is possible use a simple cname like "house" and this response to an IP?

You can use NxFilter as an authoritative DNS server, https://nxfilter.org/tutorial/h-nxfi...dns-server.php
The easiest one would be using 'DNS > Redirection'. You can add 'Domain to IP' or 'Domain to Domain' redirection there. However, this is a DNS server. I doesn't work like URL redirection. It works like A type or CNAME type queries.
