I appear to have hit the upper limit for the number of domains that can be added to a custom list: 267,001 domains. However, when I attempt to create a new list and add more domains, only one domain gets added and it appears to be domain number 267,000 from the pervious list. Should I just scrap the list and make smaller "bite-sized" lists or is there a fix for this? Also, It would appear that attempting to add 100,000 domains to a custom category crashes the filter for a brief moment. Is there a way to import a large number of domains all at once (around ~500,000 domains)?

You are not supposed to add big number of domains there. It keeps its data in the config db not separated db. You could have a perfomance issue.
Rahter, add domains on 'Classifier > Jahaslist'. There's no limit there. The domains you add is mostly about Ads and Porn. It's better to use the existing categories.
