Work on tcp by port 53

The microsoft DNS service works on TCP and UDP on port 53. nxfilter has the possibility to work like this too?

We don't use TCP/53 as it's too slow to deal with a bigger number of users. TCP/53 is more like a fail safe measure but it's not used by most network admins as it exposes a TCP port to outside.
