Skype web file download issue

This morning when downloading files from Skype Web, the message with the error 401 returned, only in the WEB version, I tried on different computers and also in different browsers such as firefox, chrome and opera, but all with the same error . When viewing the logs, nothing showed up as blocked.

I did the test with an external network and it worked normally, follow the firefox logs:



Note: I put the URLs that are in the log in the whitelist to test, but it returned the same error.

If it's blocked by NxFilter, you should get some log for that. You could create a new user and login witht the username and then try to download it then you will see if there's anything blocked.

And what's the URL you tried to access? We can test it with ours.
