Alternatives to extract data

Hello friends

Currently we need to extract the logs from NxCloud. We are trying to use Syslog, although we are having problems with this.
We need another alternative to extract historical data from NXcloud.
Is it possible to extract the data from some database stored on the local NXcloud machine?
Are those data in plain text? Is there any guide to interpret those files?

No. At the moment, Syslog is the standard method for NxCloud.
