  • License Problem

    Our Master NxFilter server crashed and I had to build it back up again, but now it does not accept the license, even with the backup database and the license in place, it keeps on selecting Jahalist with strangely enough the correct license expiry date and user #, but as soon as I select Cloudlist I am receiving Queue full errors and no domain is being resolved.
    I double checked if it was maybe a GUI error, and that it is actually using Cloudlist after all. However, when using nslookup against our Master vs our Slave, the Master is resolving domains that our Slave luckily still blocks.

    How did you upload the license file into your master node? Through GUI or did you copy it into /nxfilter/conf? You can try to copy your license file from your slave node to your master node.

    If your already have the same license file in /nxfilter/conf then look into /nxfilter/conf/cfg.properties and change blacklist_type value like below,

    blacklist_type = 4

    If it still doesn't work, send your license file to support@nxfilter.org. Will check your license file.

      I copied over config.h2.db to /nxfilter/db/, and cfg.properties + license.lic to /nxfilter/conf/
      The cfg.properties I copied does state blacklist_type = 4. I will send you the license + cfg.properties by email.
