Nxproxy latency?

Hello,

I'm currently trying nxproxy agent, when nxproxy service is started I have glitches in Microsoft Teams video, and in local security camera visualisation where video freeze some seconds, do you have any advice ?

If it's a latency problem from NxProxy, that means those softwares are sending DNS queries while they are running and these domains are needed to keep running. What are those domains? Most softwares make DNS queries when they connect somewhere. They don't need to send DNS queries after the connection.
