30000 Count Home limit

Hi All,
What is the best way to raise the Unique Domain count limit. I have home users that are hitting the limit by 8pm of the 24 hour cycle.
Any thoughts on this? It is a home user account and no matter how many "Max User" I set, the count will not raise above 30000?

Of the 5 test accounts I have running, 1 is going over, 2 are getting close. These are 4 person families, so it is nothing over the top size-wise?

Any ideas or advice?

It's a static limit you can't change. It was introduced by a request from another cloud service provider several years ago. Maybe we need to rethink about it.

Thing is that since we give you Extra Amount of Request, we don't want you to use it for business users. But we don't know which is which. Will think about the solution.

Thank you for the response, is there anyway to temporarily up this limit? Even applying business 15 user? would this work? I need a solution to the problem at this time?

Yeah, you can use Business Account for them at the moment.

We will increase the extra request count and the max users for home type operators with the next version. However, we need to find something appropriate between home type and business type accounts. So, in your case, it's around 30,000 if they have 4 family members?

And how do you set the TTL numbers on 'DNS > Setup'? You may increase TTL values to reduce the amount of DNS requests.

We will increase the max user number to 10 for home type operators. But the extra request count will be the same. It's because, it also take some amount of your license request count.

NxCloud v4.6.4.2 has been released and Home type operator's Max User limit has been increased to 10.
