You use 'DNS over HTTPS' and it tries to connect Google DNS and fetch something but there's nothing returned for some reason. So, it tries UDP/53 queries to your upstream DNS server. How many logs for that? Every queries or just from time to time? Try that same URL with Wget on your system console. You may find something with the test.
