nxfilter no block website

Hello, please help me to know why it is not blocking websites, according to the documentation, I have everything configured correctly. In DNS request logs it shows me that it was blocked but I can continue entering the site.

Is it the only DNS server you clients using? If they use another DNS server as their secondary DNS server, they can bypass it.

yes, it is the only DNS server, by wireshark capture I see that the request goes to the DNS/nxfilter server.

Try nslookup on your CMD for one of those blocked sites and show me the result with a capture. And do it against block.nxfilter.org as well. If you blocked porn.com,

nslookup porn.com.
nslookup block.nxfilter.org.
