  • We changed several things about NxCloud and operator license violation.

You can decide what to do when an operator makes too many requests on 'Operator > License Policy > On License Violation'. But it was not applied on the license violation by user counting of NxRelay. So far, when NxRelay finds an operator having bigger number of users than the value for 'Max User' set by admin, NxCloud bypasses filtering for the operator regardless of how you set the option.

By v4.6.3.7, we made 'On License Violation' option to be applied on the license violation by NxRelay user detection as well. And when there are too many users for an operator and you set NxCloud to bypass filtering for them, it will bypass filtering only for the extra users.

One thing you need to know is that the default value for 'On License Violation' option became 'Warning email and bypass filtering' by v4.6.3.7. In older versions, it's just sending warning emails. So, when you use an older version of NxCloud and wanting to bypass filtering for the extra users by operator license or 'Max User' value you set for an operator, you have to select 'Warning email and bypass filtering' for 'On License Violation' option by yourself.
