  • Errors with an Operator Account

    I am evaluating NXFILTER and I am getting error with an operator account.... Any help would be appreciated

    1. Too Many Users
    2. Account Suspended
    3. Cannot Un-Suspend

    I guess that you already tried to unsuspend it by unchecking 'Suspend'. Did you get any message when you click the submit button?

    How many users did you allocate your operators in total? You can see it on the top row of operator list page.

      On the top row of your operator list on 'Operator > Operator', you would see some numbers. When you hover your mouse cursor on the question mark, your will find out what are those numbers.

      What matters here is 'The number of users allocated by all active operators. It should be lower than your licensed user number.

          I found the problem, with your insight...

          I have the Max users to High which set the overall over the License limit of 30

                If you see 'Too many users for operator' message then allocate more users to the operator.
            Working...
