Add licenses to existing license

I bought a 200 user license, but I need to up it to300. How do I do that?

In that case, contact us at support@nxfilter.org as you already did. We usually provide an invoice prorated for the remaining period of your license. However, since your license is almost new, we can offer you a new 300 user license when you purchase a 100 user license on our site.
